AND THEN ONE OF THIS ONE WE TALKED, WE DISCUSSED YESTERDAY, THE INNOVATIVE FINANCE AND ASSET CONCESSION GRANT, WHICH KIND OF TAKES A LOOK AT YOUR ASSET AND SAY, WHAT IF YOU DID THIS? WHAT COULD, WHAT COULD THAT MEAN FROM A REVENUE PRODUCING STANDPOINT? SO WE'VE GOT TWO OR THREE PROJECTS THAT WE'VE LOOKED AT THAT HAD, HAVE WE HAD A GOOD ROAD THERE? OR IF WE PUT A NEW ROAD IN THERE, DOES THAT OPEN UP OTHER AREAS OF THE PORT MOSTLY ON, ON PELICAN.

AND WE'RE LOOKING AT, UM, AND SO WE DID RECEIVE, UH, FROM THE, FROM T SCOTT, UH, THE WAY FINDING.

UM, AND WE'RE IN THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP A, UH, INITIAL MEETING ON THAT TO DETERMINE, YOU KNOW, WHAT, WHAT WE'RE GONNA DO.

AND, AND SO THIS IS, I RECEIVED A LETTER THIS WEEK FROM A, UH, FROM A PERSON WHO SAW EXACTLY WHAT WE'VE DISCUSSED IN HERE, IS THAT IT LOOKS LIKE PEOPLE ARE COMING DOWN, YOU KNOW, 25TH AND STOPPING TO GO INTO THE GARAGE, NOT GOING AROUND.

AND SO, YOU KNOW, WE, IF YOU'VE NOTICED, IF YOU CAME IN THIS MORNING, YOU NOTICED THERE'S AN ELECTRONIC SIGN NOW ON THE CORNER OF THAT TERMINAL RIGHT THERE, WHICH WILL, UH, THAT PARKING LOT RIGHT THERE, WHICH WILL GIVE DIRECTION TO PEOPLE THAT, YOU KNOW, ARE TRYING TO COME IN AND PARK.

SO THE BICENTENNIAL UPDATE, I MEAN, THIS TYPICAL GREAT, WE'VE GOT, UH, YOU KNOW, WE, IT'S, IT'S FALLEN INTO PLAY.

WE HAVE A SERIES OF SECURITIES MEETING SECURITY MEETINGS ON THE PARTY ON THE PIER.
